OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

HOW WE GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER:

Let’s get to know each other. Because if we decide on each other, it should be a good fit for both of us. That’s why we usually schedule three interviews (one by phone and two in person) that take place over a few weeks.

STEP 1: PHONE CALL

Get a first impression of Cluno in a phone call with our Recruitment Manager and tell him about your background and your career goals.

STEP 2: FIRST IN PERSON INTERVIEW

Get to know your future line manager and dive deeper into your future tasks.

STEP 3: SECOND IN PERSON INTERVIEW

Meet our management! At this stage you will meet a member of the Cluno management team to learn more about the story behind Cluno. Apart from that you will also get to know your future team.
